2 hour in-person Home Staging Consultation with written report:  $275 plus travel fees

A walk & talk appointment where I meet with the homeowner to view the property and give professional recommendations to get the property ready for sale.  Detailed notes and photographs are taken to create a checklist-style report that is sent to the homeowner following the appointment.

$75/hour plus travel fees

Hands-on staging before professional photography is offered to help get your spaces looking photo-ready.  Using only the homeowners items, we offer this budget friendly option to apply our professional skills to work magic in each space.

Starting @ $650

Professional Staging with new product purchase or rental product to enhance the final listing product.

Prices vary depending on the amount of product rented or purchased for each staging.
